How do I request a consultation?

Use the Contact page to leave your name and contact information, or email info@foywellness.net. The practice will contact you to discuss scheduling. A request does not confirm an appointment.

Do I need to choose a treatment before reaching out?

No. Start with your concerns and goals. An individual evaluation helps determine which options, if any, are appropriate.

What services can I discuss during a consultation?

Our services include regenerative orthopedics, medical aesthetics, hormone and sexual health care, and weight and wellness support. Use the Services directory to explore individual treatment pages.

What should I bring to an orthopedic consultation?

Have your current medications, relevant medical history, prior imaging reports if available, and a summary of what you have already tried ready to discuss.

What are PRP, exosomes, and HCT/Ps?

These terms describe different products and approaches. Visit the Regenerative Medicine page for a plain-language overview, product-specific questions, and links to patient resources.

How much will treatment cost?

Request an itemized estimate for the recommended plan, including follow-up and any additional care. Pricing depends on the specific service.

Will my insurance cover treatment?

Coverage depends on the service and your plan. Ask the practice and your insurer to verify benefits and any referral requirements before proceeding.

What should I ask before an aesthetic treatment?

Ask about realistic results, potential risks, recovery time, aftercare, cost, and whether follow-up or maintenance may be needed.

Where is the practice located?

Fountain of Youth is based in Midlothian, Texas. Contact the practice to confirm the appointment location and visiting details before traveling.

Do you offer hormone therapy and medical weight management?

Yes. You can request an assessment for HRT or BHRT, sexual health concerns, weight management, IV therapy, injectable vitamins, or peptide questions. Individual eligibility and clinical review determine treatment options.

Are all treatments and products FDA-approved?

No. Approval and clearance apply to specific products and uses. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and some regenerative or sexual wellness procedures have limited evidence or are experimental. Ask about the exact product, intended use, evidence, and alternatives.
